Where are classes held?
All classes are held in the Boyanna room at the Kerrie Rd Neighbourhood House in Glen Waverley. Access our classroom via the entry on Boyanna road.

Do parents stay for the class?
Our programs are designed to be drop-and-go to encourage independence although we are more than happy to work with you to do whatever you and your child are comfortable with.

What is the maximum class size for your small group sessions?
Our programs are designed to run with a maximum class size of 8 students. By keeping this number low, we ensure adequate time to work one-on-one with each student and to support their individual learning needs.

What does my child need to bring?
We supply all learning materials. All your child needs to bring is a water bottle.

What are your policies about missed classes?
If your child is sick and cannot make their class, we offer two make up sessions per term on another day when classes are being held.

The term has already started, can I still join?
Our programs are designed to support each student at their point of need so can be joined at anytime although we recommend commencing at the beginning of the term. If you wish to enrol your child mid-term contact us for adjusted pricing.
-
How do I pay?
All classes are pre-purchased through our website prior to the term commencing.
-
How do the programs align with the Victorian Curriculum?
All programs are planned in accordance to the Victorian Curriculum, so what your child learns here directly supports what they’re doing in school.
-
How do you ensure a smooth transition from your program to formal schooling?
In addition to introducing key academic concepts in literacy and numeracy, we focus on building knowledge of school expectations and routines. We plan our classes to support students social and emotional development including skills such as following instructions, working with peers, communication skills, fine motor skills and an overall feeling of being comfortable in a classroom setting.
